The process

Your RICS report and valuation will go through a rigorous quality control process before it is signed off and sent back to you - all within an industry leading five to seven day turnaround, ensuring there are no undue delays with your purchase and home-buying process.

Upon enquiry, you will be directed to a member of our team who will be able to advise on which survey is best suited to your property.

We will then do all the hard work for you, taking away any and all additional stress and pressure by arranging the survey on your behalf.

You can rest assured that everything is taken care of as you will receive email notifications at every stage of the process. From the booking date right the way through to taking payment details and the final report.

Once the survey has been carried out, you will receive email confirmation along with an expected report date - followed by the report itself.
