We are an expanding and highly regarded independent practice of RICS Regulated Chartered Surveyors. Due to an expanding
volume of instructions, we are seeking to expand our team of dedicated and ambitious Chartered Residential Surveyors to
cover different locations across the UK.
We specifically provide Private Valuations (Level 1), RICS Homebuyer (Level 2), RICS Building Survey (Level 3) reports
using a mix of the latest technology and local knowledge.
Key duties will include:
- A RICS Registered Valuer, you will be home based with travel across the area, with the freedom and flexibility to set your own diary.
- Carrying out private valuations of Residential Properties.
- Detailed Home Buyers Surveys – Level 2 Reports.
- Detailed Building Surveys – Level 3 Reports.
- Produce detailed and accurate reports to Company Standards and in accordance with RICS guidelines.
Successful Residential Surveyor will have:
- Local knowledge of the area.
- Able to promote/market the business and generate local instructions.
- Experienced Chartered Surveyor RICS (AssocRICS, MRICS).
- A team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
- Be highly motivated, self-assured, and comfortable in using your own initiative.
- Able to work remotely.
- Full UK driving licence and their own vehicle.
- Must have your own PII.
- Able to use iPad etc.
This amazing opportunity comes with a healthy percentage share of fees billed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Flexitime.
- Monday to Friday.
- Weekend availability.
