What it is
The Level 3 Building Survey — sometimes called a full structural survey — is the deepest inspection we offer.
Where a Level 2 gives you traffic-light ratings, a Level 3 goes much further: a thorough examination of the construction and condition of the property, defect by defect. For each issue we explain what it is, what's likely causing it, what could happen if it's left, and what's involved in putting it right.
