This report is useful if you are thinking of selling your property and would like an independent valuation or to help resolve disputes relating to the value of the property.

A Valuation Report does not contain detailed comments on the condition of the property or any defects which you would find in a RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Survey or RICS Level 3 Building Survey.
