A RICS qualified surveyor from BTB will visit your property and provide their expert professional opinion on the property’s construction and condition, along with their expert advice on the best way to address any defects that have been identified. When compared to a RICS Level 2 Home Survey, this report includes a more detailed inspection by the surveyor and a significantly increased scope to provide much more advice relating to the property’s condition and defects, and importantly – recommended repairs and alterations. An estimated cost of repairs can be included as an optional extra. Due to the increased scope and level of detail, this is a popular choice for non-standard, older or poorer condition properties.
